“During the past six months, I have used Clearview to survey over fifty of our buildings including boarding houses, teaching blocks, plant rooms, sports facilities, staff accommodation and offices.
All of this work was scheduled into half-term and the summer break and the management reports were delivered in good time and within the agreed budget. During this time I have occasionally needed to call on Clearview urgently when suspect materials have been uncovered during work and on these occasions, they have responded very quickly, usually arriving on-site within a few hours to take samples and advise on how to manage the situation.
The management reports Clearview has produced for me are comprehensive and well-structured documents with useful ‘traffic light’ coding to highlight degrees of urgency for follow-up work and they have backed this up with summary spreadsheets which help me see at a glance which buildings are still to be surveyed and which have areas that require more urgent attention than others.
These documents have now been incorporated into our own electronic and paper-based systems but in addition, we now have access to everything Clearview has produced for us via an online portal which they manage for us.
